About Us

Founded in 1982, Nationwide Transportation is a for-hire, asset-based, refrigerated truckload motor carrier and logistics provider with headquarters in Omaha, NE. We specialize in hauling refrigerated and temperature controlled freight including dry-van freight throughout the Midwestern United States from the eastern slopes of the Colorado rocky mountains to the Ohio valley and south into Texas. The majority of freight is hauled for Fortune 500 customers in the food processing and manufacturing industries to transport raw goods and finished products for distribution to end users.

We started out as a small operation with 5 trucks and just a few more trailers and have grown to a fleet of over 100 power units and 150 trailers. We are proud to continue hauling freight for some of the same customers who we first started hauling freight for.

In July 1992, our current site was purchased and a new building combining the office and shop facilities was constructed.
Nationwide employs over 100 dedicated and loyal employees based out of our Omaha headquarters.
